i ordered a double bed with mattress which was delivered to a flat in london within 24 hours. the mattress was of very high quality considering the price was quite low.

My wife and I wanted to recarpet the whole of our property. We had our own idea of the Colour Scheme that we wanted for our carpet and just took a look through the patterns. We were however extremely overwhelmed by the kindness and helpful advice we received from the shop regarding our requirements and also the great service. We were also very impressed by the competitiveness of the prices quoted and the professional service provided by the fitters also.We have had the pleasure in buying carpets from Crystal before, but it is absolutely great to be given the advice you need only when you ask for help.

My wife and I are very impressed with a company that looks after its customers and uses its best endeavours to ensure that the customers are very happy with their purchases. This shop was recommended by a colleague. I was looking for a bed and found a fantastic faux leather frame for £99.00 !!!! While there I took the opportunity to look at carpets and laminates. Although I was not ready to re-carpet my whole house in one go, the guys at CFF offered to come out and measure my whole house but at no obligation to purchase anything immediately. They kept my details available and re-floored my house over 3 seperate dates to suit my purse strings. The prices are really competitive, but more importantly the service is professional & efficient and the end product & finish of a high quality.
Only down fall is they can get really busy so pick your time to visit wisely.
I have since recommended CFF to my aunt and brother.
