Admiral carpets on the whole are trustworthy but not cheap. They could improve their service by providing the materials paid for and taking care not to make promises they cannot keep.

Admiral carpets did our kitchen floor and did a great job at a very competitive price with no faffing about and no sharp intakes of breath! Unlike some of the other places we went to, the premises were pleasant to visit, with an excellent range of flooring to choose from. Their fitting charges are transparent and very reasonable (unlike John Lewis!) Checking that we were happy with the work before they took final payment was a nice touch. Richard and his team are most professional and very nice people to deal with. Recommended.

Outstanding service all round. I cannot recommend this small family run business highly enough. They were unfailingly polite and professional at all times, despite delays in my renovation project meaning that I messed them about with fitting dates. The fitters were excellent. They put a lot of thought into the details of fitting and really took their time. The carpet, kitchen and bathroom floors all look fantastic because of this. Outstanding all round and recommended without any hesitation.

Absolutely great service all round. A positive experience with everyone involved from the shop visit to the fitting itself. The selection of the carpet was made easy with thorough, informative and helpful advice. The fitting was carried out with professionalism and diligence. The overall end result is excellent, from the carpeted floors to the runner on the stairs. No hesitation in recommending the services of Admiral Carpets.

I was extremely happy with the service I received from Richard and his team at Admiral carpets. The carpets and the flooring look great and Richard was very accommodating about changing delivery and fitting dates to fit in with the renovation works.I would thoroughly recommend the company.

I use Admiral carpets for all of my projects and recommend them to clients, however big or small the job because I know they are competitive, friendly and will do a good job consistently.
They always give sound advice and can source pretty much anything I ask them to, whether it be for a flat in Mayfair or an office in Kensington. No complaints at all!

Richard and the staff at Admiral Carpets were very helpful and efficient every time we visited their store on St Johns Hill. The installation process was surprisingly quick and the quality of the fit was beyond our high expectations.
Every time I come home our new floor puts a smile on my face.

The shop staff are friendly, polite and helpful. The gentleman who visited my flat was professional and I went ahead with them. The issue I had was with the quality of fitters they sent. They were very 'matter of fact' bordering on plain rude. They seemed to want to rush out and cut corners(excuse the pun!). They didn't seem to care about their image representing Admiral Carpets. Minus the fitters and I would have given a high review.
