Croydon Carpets

Buying the carpets wasn't a problem and the guy was helpful but the fitting service is diabolical.

Carpets rolled under drawer chests, unfinished and not leaving enough to cover the floor. Carpets just cut off at cupboard door, wrong bars fitted as per instruction.

They came back to make good and refused to put underlay in the cupboards so that it matched the landing and rooms. When I insisted, they charged extra for a couple of foot of underlay.

Very disappointed and will never go back again. They need to change their carpet fitters or they will lose all customers.

Walked into this shop at 11 to discuss a new carpet for the stairway - it is now 12.30 and the carpet has already been fitted! Fast and professional, reasonably priced.

Very helpful at the shop and price was very competitive but would advise an improvement of their customer service when problems arise.

Great place. Not a huge selection, but the guy will tell you which carpets you can have when you give him the size and type you need. Very good value.
