Raydel Carpets

Recently used this family business to replace our downstairs rooms. Tracy & Lilly who are front of house showed us some great samples which we were allowed to take home to compare - this element was great for my wife as she is a fussy variety of the species. Young Dave then came and measured, at this stage I would like to point out that he has a great sense of humor especially when our 3 month old who decided to regurgitate his breakfast all over his shoes. He was a true professional and wouldn't accept any money for cleaning. The fitting team arrived on the prescribed day and were done in a jiffy, no mess and with no stress and took our old carpet away and disposed of it in a humane manner. Great service & value for money, would recommend them for their professionalism.

Having had a gentleman come to our flat in pinner to measure up he said you would get an email with the quote, this did not happen still no quote, paid deposit on carpet the fitters came and fitted the carpets all in all they did an excellent job.

As to date still not recieved a letter to say that the carpet has been paid in full.

We have used Raydel Carpets for over 30 years and have never tried any other company. They are fantastic, from the first time you step into the shop right up to laying the carpet. Our whole house is carpeted by Raydel. They are helpful, professional and certainly know their business. Well done.

An excellent and helpful service, notably from the lady who is generally there. Very helpful, friendly and practical advice. Allowed us to take away as many full size samples as we wished. We had intended going to one of the large department stores but on the strength of our positive impressions of Raydel Carpets, have decided to stick with them. The only suggestion I would make is that it would be useful if tbhey could be contacted by e mail. Also, an ideal world they would take credit cards, but this is only a minor inconvenience.
