Excellent range of everything a DIY or handy person might need ( and if a potential costumer is not clear what it is they need for the task envisaged, competent and helpful staff will gladly advise.) Perhaps a bit more expensive than some major stores but absolutely tops for service and quality

Top shop with nice range of tools. Helpful lads serving and I can buy screws loose not in packets.
Much more useful than any Homebase (which is closed down the road now anyway).

Fantastic service in a superbly stocked DIY shop; found some amazing tools and ironmongery that I feel with be with me forever.
The helpful assistant answered all me questions and took a special order for some hardware I've been searching all over London for.

Absolutely worst service i have come across in Kensington this place surely knows how to rip you off i went in to buy some bulbs £100.00 for 4 light bulbls i was in 2 minds because of the price however i paid and walked out of the shop but immediately walked back in (total aprrox 40 seconds) after i had paid Omg the sales assistant/owner could not have changed so quickly from marginally helpful to 100% anti customer focused he instantly said no refunds given i was shocked anyway he was adamant he would only give a credit note and no refund !!!!!! be aware.
