He must have been having a worse day than me. As a lone female, I went in after 4 days of ripping up old flooring, laying new tiles, hand sanding my flight of stairs and after countless Google searches, I had a few questions and needed a few products. After looking at some fuller I decided to pop to Tesco to clear my head. When I returned I remembered had filler so asked for an old screw from the floor to keep it fresh by placing it into the nozzle, as I went to ask of it was the correct product and what else I may need...he huffed at me with derision, looked down his nose and said oh, you were here earlier...no, I don't think so. In shock, I pointed to the floor, said they were some there and yes, inhad come in earlier but wanted to return when I felt less confused. He then asked me...what do you want...I said, to be treated with respect and left! After going here for over 40 years with my parents, I'll never be back! Rude &^×%<£

A really helpful store, always show intelligent interest - always on the ball and have the stock. Excellent key cutting - never had one key fail yet! Everything brilliant - a local amenity store like this that is a real asset.
