ONLY ever use City Blinds in All my properties

My friends told me about city blinds so I went to the shop to have a look at what type of blinds they sell
the women in the shop was very helpful and she knew what she was talking about
and I felt confident knowing she knew what she was talking about I had some blinds made up and they said it would take 7/14 days to have the blinds made up
that was fine with me
also I brought some black out roller blinds of the shelf and the blinds was well worth the value
I Will always go back to city blinds and I have told all my. Friends and family about city blinds
the blinds was made exact to my size
@ city blinds I have had a very good experience there and now every one as seen my blinds I will be takeing 2 of my friends to city blinds this week end

We decided to collect our blinds directly from the shop to save on delivery cost. First, the woman there sold us the wrong type of blinds. We found out only when we started to put them up. We had to wait one week for them to have the correct blinds delivered to the shop. And when we went to collect them, they had been sold to somebody else!! The woman was EXTREMELY RUDE, unprofessional and insensitive. She practically told me to shut up. After waiting another week we managed to get the correct blinds, having spent a lot more than delivery would have cost on travel and phone calls. Plus, the cord to pull the blinds (which are 2m long) is only about 60cm, and very difficult to pull up!

The blinds are fine, but very rude and bad service. No returning of calls at all. I felt treated so rudely that I had to mention it in a shop further up and the guy there said he had a random clients complain about cityblinds about once a month/6 weeks, out of the blue. But again, the blinds were fine although they did arrive only after 6 weeks instead of 5-10 working days.
