All Kinds Of Blinds

As a start, they've not shown up to 3 appointments!
Then we had to wait 5 weeks for the installation. When they finally installed the blind, it was not the right size and did not block the light at all. Then we had to wait for another 3 weeks...
By far the most frustrating service we had to deal with after renewing our entire flat!

Very good quality blinds and workmanship, however were extremely bad on the customer service front. They lost the measurements so needed a 2nd fit, when they were fitting said they'd left one behind but actually hadn't ordered it! No phone call to explain in over a week when they phoned up to ask when they could fit the blind and when I rearranged for a weekend fitting time, the fitter was over an hour late - I had to phone up to see why (no courtest call!) and didn't apologise when he arrived.
I have written to complain but recieved nothing back! Shame because the blinds are nice!!

I had a quote from this company ,and found them to be by far the best. The price did not however make a difference to the quality. I have had blinds fitted previously,at a much higher price, and was quite shocked at the amazing quality of the blinds this company offer. when the management of the company came to my address to give me a survey for product and cost, I was treated with professionalism throughout. I was given a date and time for the fitting, and the fitter arrived on time. The fitter was efficient with his work, and had the blinds up in no time. I would definitely recommend them.
