At last I stepped into a supplier who knows what they're talking about and who by the way has a terrific grasp on the so often elusive attitude of courtesy - such a change!
The gentleman couldn't have been more helpful - advisory not pushy, patient and calm - all the while taking note of all of our concerns.
I couldn't recommend them highly enough - clearly they have years of experience in this market. Top marks.
