This is a great little store for at-home cooks as well as the trade. I've bought all sorts of useful stuff here to help create that professional finish that just makes food look better! I've found some really unique crockery/glassware for fancy hors d'oeuvres etc, great baking ware (pastry rings, moulds etc),storage stuff, knives. Basically anything cited in the more expensive British, French and American cookery books you can find here.
