Spent over £3,000 on a reupholstery job. My old furniture was 31 years old and it took 20+ years for the cushions to go flat and uncomfortable. The reupholstered cushions took 2 months. To be fair they were going to send someone around to inspect etc, but I’d had enough by then. Paid for the Guardsman protection that cost me an extra three figure sum, emailed them three or four times about not receiving the paperwork, so another reason I’ve given up with them. Lesson learned, should of purchased a new sofa and arm chair for the money spent on a bad job.

I emailed on of the directors James Moore for a repair on some furniture. I received a quote within 6 hours! super.
Then confirmed I wanted to proceed with the work and then heard nothing for over a week! Shocking.
I called twice asking to speak to him. He was not available and would call back. He never did. I left two emails to ask him to confirm work. He never did.
For a business claiming to be in the market for 75 years I predict they will go bust based on this shocking service of one of the company directors!
His team are apologetic for his actions and must suffer from his total lack of customer service and care.

i think the service was terrible. Had to wait 14 weeks for my furniture too arrive. After this it came fabric was delivered dirty and cushions were very lumpy and soft.

will never buy a sofa from these guys again

So disappointed when my "apparently made to measure suite" arrived. Completly the wrong size, not what i asked for in the slightest! wish i never put my trust in them
