I was ignored by three employees, for ten minutes.When, I finally got their attention I was served by the trainee.
I wanted a delivery, but it was suggested I could deliver the tree myself.
It was supposed to be a surprise, and after much humming and hawing, I was allowed to write a note on a book receipt 'Best wiahes'
They couldn't even provide a card.
Customer service, was served with a thanks-for-the-money-but-who-the-hell-are-you.
I have had to cancel the order, as I don't think the tree would ever have made it to the given address (clearly never heard of SW5).
I would not recommend.
