They seriously need to listen to the customers carefully and what they initially requested. Time managements for the work needs to be coordinated properly within their team. The design on the windows looks like a 5 year old has put together. Some of their builders even had pointed it out, their builders do a good job. A1 get your act together, not worth recommending yet, Even though you guys have been trading for a long time.

Ok don't know where to start...They done my windows & conservatory, but during winter all the wind was coming in from the joints, handles were so cheap that don't lock anymore. I'm trying to say this nicely, but its so hard to be nice to bad people lol.
Anyway not recommended to friends or family and If you do try this company then you must stand on their head to see if they are doing the job properly, seriously!
