Useless team of people if you can call those bunch of amateurs a team. They don't know what they have in stock, they are overpriced, they can't do anything well. The bubble rap rips open whilst carrying items to the car, they don't seem to understand what customer service is. They'd answer the phone then out of nowhere talk to someone else and ignore you. They do not stand to any time frames they loosely set to themselves and they are totally confused when it comes to refunds, pick up goods and coordinating anything. They have amazing furniture but complete contrast of service. Boo!

I am extremely concerned by your review as I feel we have a professional conscientious team who work extremely hard to maintain high standards of customer service.
We pride ourselves on having quality products at a range of different price points to suit all and follow the recommended retail prices given to us by the brands that we stock. Our prices are competitive and we are regularly told by our clients that our furniture is great value for money.
The lead times on ordered items vary depending on the supplier and any dates given during the manufacturing process are a guide and not guaranteed. Although we aim to deliver furniture to our clients within the timescale provided to us by our suppliers, occasionally there are problems with the transport or manufacturing and this is unfortunately completely out of our control.
I am pleased however with the comments you have made regarding our furniture and I invite you to contact me directly to discuss the issues stated in your review. In the past we have had some problems with our sock control system, however, since your visit we have a new system in place which accurately records our stock.
I would love the opportunity to welcome you back to our shop and I am sure we would change your opinion on the service we provide.
