The Uncommon Touch

I have never been spoken to in such a rude manner for a very long time. Clearly I was judged by the staff and not thought of as a worthy customer. Oh and when you give 'advice' it's a sign of weakness when you knock your competitors rather then be polite and advise me, the customer of your own merits.

I found The Uncommon Touch to be extremely experienced, knowledgeable and helpful. The quality of the work they did for me was fantastic. So good, I'm about to use them again. Let's support our local shops - it would be so sad to see the personal touch lost to impersonal, uncaring high-street chains driven by profit not passion!!!

My brief encounter with this retailer was at best unfriendly, at worst plain rude. Having hoped to support a local business I was shocked by how casually my enquiries were rebuffed by its proprietor. It seems that even in these hardened times, some business owners can apparently afford to be complacent - a shame when better ships are sinking. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
