I went in yesterday to get a stop cap for my washing machine after going all over the place trying to find the part with no joy. I met an extremely helpful lad who immediately produced the part I was after and decided not to charge me for it as I did not have any change and intended on using my bank card for the transaction. I was extremely grateful for the extremely high customer service received and highly recommend Kenon.

RUDE and unhelpful when sending out an item that was poorly listed as was badly damaged.
Suggested to resend at own cost despite their error and despite conceding they sent it damaged would not offer a partial refund. Had bought matching taps and had to use the item despite damage.
Kenons need to remember that the customer is vital in business and not be rude and disrespectful especially when the error was theirs and they even admit it.

Recently went to enquire if they had screws for a toilet fitment, and was very impressed with the customer service. Not the usual run around which you would get at B&Q, and much cheaper prices in this shop. I had a good look round, and enquired about other products, and not only were they very helpful, but the prices quoted were much cheaper than anywhere else. Will definitely be returning.

I have been going to this shop for years, and find all the goods on sale are very well priced!
I went to buy a 22mm full crossover at B&Qs, because I thought I was there buying paint. (Not worth going to Kenon for one item)
The part was nearly £15 at B&Q yet only £2 at Kenon........
Guess which one I bought!!!!

Went to plumbbase (bit further East up old kent road) for a 15mm copper crossover, they were out of stock and quoted £8 and change each. Then found Kenon, who had the same in stock for £2.60. Friendly local service and no nagging feeling that you are paying for the champagne at the share holders christmas party. nice.

I'd echo that- the service is fantastic, really friendly and professional. Sam helped us choose the parts for our new bathroom from Crosswater- the same company that Bathstore uses- and could get us at 20% discount off the catalogue prices. When we needed to exchange some items he couldn't have been more helpful. They really know their stuff and are happy to give practical advice, such as when we bought a new kitchen sink and had trouble fitting it. A great little shop.

A small merchants with a LOT of knowledge. This company treated me as a customer
and nothing was too much. You are able to get any type of designer unit on the market (and I know because I put them to the test) and they came up trumps.
And a good place to pick out something you don't see anywhere else.We looked at many different bathroom stores and some of the well known ones. but you won't beat Kenon.
Finally I do hope that you put this on your site as I feel others should know.
