Customer service ,asked them to do job and also agreed on the rate , but after waiting a week as they pior commitments still was made to waste a whole day over the weekend and job is not done. And the attitude is they are doing you a favour for you to pay for a job.

if you are short on staff hire more people to do the job hire rather than waste people time and for them to chase it up after you. the more companies that do that same job so don act special and give people attitude.
