I have been sent them through their dealings with a managing agent. The estimate was for a day and a half. I was told "Will definitely be there at 8.am". They arrived at 9.25am. No call to say they would be late. Then they went back down to their van for 15 minutes. One of them came back up with some brushes. Quite frankly, not to put too finer point on it. My 11 year old nephew could have made a better job of painting. Was not properly finished either. This took a few hours. I was glad to see him leave. I asked never to be sent these people again. |

Complete timewasters. Booked an appointment for an estimate for 12 May 2009 - they did not turn up (which did not inspire confidence) and apologised for not logging the visit properly. Rescheduled for 19 May, and talked through the job in great detail for an hour with the estimator - who promised to do the estimate by the weekend. I provided additional information by e-mail, as agreed. Two weeks passed, during which I held off looking for other estimates, so I phoned. The next day I finally got a call from the administrtor saying that they had decided the job was too challenging. It was pretty clear they would never have bothered to tell me this had I not contacted them. Gaspark agreed that they had wasted my time and should have contacted me immediately to say they did not intend to do an estimate. They promised that the estimator would call me by the end of the day in order to explain the problems they were concerned about -- but, of course, no phone call. |
