I went in on Sunday for the first time (the shop is open Saturdays, Sundays & Bank Holidays) and the 2 members of staff were extremely helpful, polite and pleasant.
I am not a trade customer, and needed quite a lot of advice, but they were very patient and knowledgeable.
Would definitely recommend.
