Das Heating & Plumbing Supplies

I am writing this review for Das Heating which is a plumbing shop based in kingsbury. They have very good service on boilers. They are very cheap in all types of boiler. I never found such a cheap price anywhere else. Moreover they have 100% availability. On this christmis holidays my boiler stoped working. I called plumber and he said i need new boiler in my home because my boiler is very old and he cannot fix it. So I have to buy new boiler. I went to several shops in kingsbury area and nearby. But they all are very expensive on boilers. Then i went to Das Heating, I was surprised they were £80.00 Cheaper on all boilers than other plumbing shops. So i was very happy on the price, moreover they had boiler in stock. So they immediately provide the boiler. I would like to recommend everybody das heating, they are the BEST!

I'm sorry to say that dealing with this business has been the worst decision I have made in a long time. Should you have a need to return a product or have something go wrong with a purchase then you are in trouble. There are always 5 - 6 big guys in the shop and they all gang up on you and go back on everything that was agreed at the time of purchase. Once you have parted with your cash you can forget the notion that you will be looked after if anything goes wrong. They are only interested in taking your money and have zero understanding of being decent and honest thereafter. A definite no no for a place to go for any plumbing items. Better off going to Elec-Mec on Honeypot Lane instead. A much better, established business who know a thing or 2 about customer service.
