Grate Fires

I have had a similar experience to the previous reviewer. Service at the time of fitting the fireplace and fire was satisfactory, but now that there is a problem, they are not interested. Finally got through on the phone, and said they would ring back, but haven't done so. You would think that given the last review, they might be trying harder to please the customer, but looks as though we'll have to ask another shop to come and sort out the problem, as we are making no progress. Very disappointing and frustrating experience.

Shop looks good, products ok but customer service appalling! Our fire has been good but went wrong soon after and so contacted them to ask for them to fix. Tried calling numerous times over several days, no answer. They are closed on a Wed but no indication of that. Also they have no answerphone. Finally contacted them and was promised a call back, never happened. Tried again, and same result. They don't seem slightest bit bothered. As a result have to post this review. Avoid unless you have the patience of a saint!
