The Fireplace

Honestly, cannot say enough good words about these people. I feel like they're one of the best specialist in town and have dealt with a few previously. If you have any queries or concerns these are the guy's to go for advice and service. When walked into the shop I was genuinely advised on the fireplace which I wanted, was also offered a fitting service which when compared to a different company was much cheaper and provided a reasonable saving. The works were carried out smoothly without any issues and all the promises were kept in terms of hitting deadlines and not disturbing other tradesman whilst other works we're going on. I've been played around in the past by my previosu firelace installer and just wasn't happy with the finish. We wanted another fireplace for a back room and so went to The Fireplace to take a look. The display isn't all that great but they have hundred of brochures which they stock for. We chose a fire and they offered us a fitting service through FAF Chimney Services their parent company. Not only did they fit it cheaper than our previous fitter it came out perfect and with a small added cost they sorted out the other fire which we was never happy about.

I walked into the shop having a general idea of what i wanted. I was handed good brochures and the displays also helped in making my final decision. Very happy with how quick everything went.

I was looking for a bespoke cast iron fireplace. They have a huge collection of cast irons in their back room which i was able to look at. The staff were very helpful and efficient. They quoted it quickly and were also able to fit it for an added price.

I used The Fireplace as the place to purchase my new stove. They was very fast at giving me a quote and putting the fitting into action. As they are associated with a fitting service FAF Chimney Services they were able to book my fitting in quickly. I'm completely happy with the outcome and would defiantly recommend to others.
