Communication is poor: prompt return of calls is always appreciated. When this doesn’t happen, and other tradesmen are left waiting there is a problem.

Taking responsibility for an error in managing our order appears difficult, and arranging correction more so. Being responsible for ones own business ethic is critical for future orders.
