Family owned business run by brothers with some help from their dad. They are all very knowledgeable about flooring. Nothing is too much trouble for them, when they're there - problem is that the shop is sometimes shut if they're out making deliveries. A good idea to ring first if you're coming from far away. Some excellent bargains to be had, and lots of helpful advice. They aren't pushy - always have time to chat. Not desperate to make a sale because they own the premises and aren't worried by the financial crisis. I always feel welcome when I go in to see what new stock they've got. They've been saving some flooring for me, for months, until I get a kitchen extension finished. Couldn't wish for better service or a bigger range of carpets and wooden flooring at reasonable prices.
