The company have an impressive choice of flooring within the shop which impressed me into using them to buy wood flooring from them. The person in the shop however didnt have a clue about any of their products and I am not sure really what they were doing apart from opening the shop up sincxe they could not answer the most basic questions.
They completely messed up the order when the wood arrived and then their fitters failed to turn up when they were meant to. 5 weeks later it is still not sorted out nad the wood purchased is already splintering badly. I would strongly urge you to avoid using them.
