I asked the man what he could suggest for an adhesive to stick some slithers of wood into gaps in my wood floor. He sold me a SIka product (after looking online not the ideal product but it will do) in a cartridge. WHen I got home and tried to use it, I realised it requires one of those gun things to push the adhesive out from the bottom. Would've been nice to have been told that while still in the shop! I was clearly clueless so he should've at least asked if I had one.... and he could've sold me more products??! I can only conclude that they are more clueless than me.
