After an initially reasonable service, the second stage of our fitting - a box room - was unacceptable. In order to improve the service I would recommend:
Floorstudio keep records of where they keep customers' carpets so they don't lose them;
Keep their customers informed of progress rather than rely on the customer to call them;
To be polite to the customer when they call to query the long delay;
To check the measurements of the carpet so it fits when delivered;
To immediately order a new piece of carpet when they have lost the first one in order to avoid the occurrence of the above.
