I have had an extremely unpleasant experience whilst dealing with this company, you must be warned the products do not come with a guarantee and if you forward a complaint it goes unanswered. I placed an order for some tiles and was kept waiting for a good few months eventually I asked for my money back and was told no refunds are given. Eventually the tiles were delivered and they were of a very poor quality to the ones I was originally shown, again a complaint letter was sent which was ignored. I am in the process of pursing legal action against the company. Please be vigilant when buying from Brothers Flooring.
