This place is a SHAM ! The showroom looks fantastic and the quality of the goods they have are very high - BUT DO NOT be deceived. We "attempted" to buy a kitchen from them in 2011, and whilst they were very enthusiastic about "selling" the fact they were the cheapest for German and Italian kitchens in the area, the cheap price comes with a more expensive price tag to follow. We should have figured from the start that the slowness of getting an initial design to us (3 weeks), then not responding to phonecalls to ask for a quote, or the owners never actually being there when we went into the showroom to make further enquiries was a bad sign to start with. But nevertheless we still placed an order, thinking that if they can create nice kitchens in their displays, then hopefully they can provide us with a good quality kitchen at a good price. This was stupid thinking on our part. !!! If we write on every bad point on here, i'm afraid my fingers will go numb, and i'll have thrown the keyboard at the wall.!!! I'll give you a basic breif. The kitchen was promised to be delivered in 6 weeks, but took over 2 and a half months as they said they ordered 3 weeks too late as they were very busy and didn't get round to it. When it turned up, there were missing units which were on the design, which we only found out when our builder started to fit it, so we had to wait another 6 weeks to get.!! Guess what, the missing units took 10 weeks, and their excuse was the supplier had stopped their account as they had a problem with payments. How is this my problem. ?? The owners were so laid back and casual everytime we complained to them, and at one point they were so rude to us in front of other customers. To sum up, the kitchen quote we got from them was only £1200 cheaper than the next lowest quote we got, but it took 4 months longer to fit our kitchen as our buiilder had to go off to his next job. Avoid this company, I've been waiting for an appliance for three weeks, and have been giving excuses on why I haven't received it. I've been promised call backs and email responses, but this company has no customer service, whats so ever. I don't recommend doing business with them unless you have time to waste.
