Cowboy outfit. Didn't turn up when they said even though I took the day off work. Wouldn't answer the phone. When they eventually did turn up the were rude and aggressive to my wife and even tried to force her into signing something that said the did a great job.

Good product but terrible service
The people who actually come to do the templating and fitting are hard working and honest. The same cannot be said for the office staff. I often found that I had to call multiple times in order to get an answer. After the first call the person I had just spoken to would have 'just stepped out of the office'. On one occasion I called back from a different number and they suddenly appeared!
While I was eventually happy with the product I received I cannot recommend the company until they sort of their service.
