Harvey Jones Kitchens

After a lot of research we went with Harvey Jones and I'm delighted that we did. Our kitchen was in a new extension but the designer (Rachel) worked from our plans and the project went without a hitch. Everyone we spoke to knew their stuff and we liked being able to choose the colours for the cupboards. Recommended.

We echo much of what was said by prior reviewer, except to also note that the design drawn up by HJ was not in the end at all suitable - proportions wrong for room & configuration difficult to use. HJ has only become responsive to complaint after we refused to sign off on the kitchen, since we had not yet moved in. We found out almost immediately counter was warped, lighting not done to spec, floor uneven (this was installed by their suggested fitter), etc. Avoid.

Having expected a proffesional and customer concerned design and fitting team we were horrified that such a nice kitchen was appaulingly installed and the so called designer after selling the kitchen was not longer interested in any of our complaints. Our kitchen was fitted from the Bath Shop but we feel our experiance means we could never recomend Harvey Jones, though the Kitchen is of good quality and design. What a shame!
