I enlisted list this company last September to design and install a new kitchen, followed by a bathroom. I was assured it would be completed before Christmas. I was fobbed off with excuse after excuse and the fitters finally started at the beginning of January. When the kitchen was ordered items were agreed that the proprietor subsequently either forgot, got wrong or denied agreeing to.
