A friend of mine bought our newborn twins some booties from that shop. Unfortunately, she didn't keep the receipt and the booties were the wrong size. I went to the shop in order to get an exchange and found the shop difficult to deal with and totally un-flexible, even after the sales person contacted her Manager. Considering that we live in the area, and that I would have spent more in the shop than the price of the booties, they have lost an opportunity to make more money and a Customer. I will not recommend them to anyone. The Toybox in the Lauriston village is by far a better bet.

In short, don't bother going to that shop unless you have your receipt.
