I placed an order with Baby Time London in January 2011. No goods received. Phones never answered. My first polite email was answered with a cut-and-paste "sob" story about their warehouse flooding. I gave them more time. Subsequent polite emails from me went unanswered.
I initiated a Visa chargeback request with my bank in March 2011, and have now received a full refund from the bank 2 weeks later. This mechanism can be used when you pay by debit card, or when you pay less than 100 pounds by credit card (as I did). Refunds of amounts over 100 pounds paid for by credit card are more straightforward.
DO NOT USE BABY TIME LONDON!
