Great variety of tiles and flooring and nice guys working here. Most of the deliveries of tiles came in as promised
However, the prices are expensive even with their 'pretend large discounts' on your invoice. Would strongly recommend getting other quotes for the same tiles as you will save a further 30%+ elsewhere.

Dear Simon, thank you for your comments. As a company we welcome all feedback from our customers and would like to take this opportunity to respond to your comments . We have taken the time to discuss the points you raised in detail with the Style team over the past 48 hours.
Firstly, we would like to clarify the point that was raised regarding the price. We are surprised and disappointed that you feel our prices are higher than the competition as we continually make efforts with our customers including yourself to be competitive but we were unaware that you had these concerns now.
With regards to your order that was placed back in June 2014 we did price match with competitors including an internet based quotation. At the time we were very surprised that another company could offer such a price and henceforth discussed this with the manufacturer who was also alarmed at the prices quoted. We have a complete record of this if required. However, we were more than happy to match or beat the price to ensure every effort was made to retain your custom especially given the amount of presales time that we had invested in your project including procuring samples and advising on designs. Furthermore we are concerned that despite us matching the price and you subsequently placing the orders with us, why you felt that we were not competitively priced as both yourself and Style were under no obligation to engage into a sales transaction if the price was not to your satisfaction.

I'm so glad I went to Style, the advice, professionalism and personal service are second to none! For my house refurb they designed 3 fantastic bathrooms and a cloakroom, and supplied beautiful marble tiles for the ground floor. They couldn't have been more helpful - much appreciated and highly recommended

Beautiful products...
Great Advice on the paints and wall paper. Got my bathrooms and carpets. Fitted. Cool guys. Was a bit cheeky and asked them to design my master bed foc which they did.
Traffic was horrible getting there on our first visit.

Wallpaper and carpet sourced for all the bedrooms. Great design service - i got all 5 beds designed for less than the products lol! Very good value. Will be going back for my bathrooms. Shame about the traffic on a Saturday!!

I was amazed when I first walked into the Style Colliers Wood showroom, it is immaculate and well stocked with everything we were looking for.
We bought the most amazing mosaics for our bathrooms in their sale and the manager was very helpful and patient.
What I would say is to make sure you order well before you tile, as we found out just in time that our builder had not measured properly and we were short on tiles. However, we were able to order the extra mosaics and get them delivered to us.
All in all we had a good experience and would recommend.

Large selection of porcelain tiles. Almost too much choice but the sales guy was terrific in helping me to decide. bathroom tiles and mosaics look lovely. Coffee was great! :) Only problem is the traffic on the high street to get to you....

I visited the showroom in Colliers Wood for a house refurb. They designed all the bathrooms and we chose the marble floor. Their designer then suggested the wallpaper and fabric for our sitting room and bedrooms. We even got the tiles delivered when there was heavy snow. One suggestion - please also sell Kitchens!!!!!

I was very impressed with the sales approach and advice of the sales assistant at the Wimbledon Chase branch, but when it came to deliveries it was a different story. The lead times given 1.5-2 wks have been misleading. Tiles arrived 3 days late after chasing them every day. It has been 3 wks since I ordered the floor but it still hasn't arrived. Now my fitter is almost finished with the job and no floor supplied. I might end up having to buy one in Homebase. I would not recommend using this company.

We ordered White Oak wood - the floor looks beautiful. Our fitter didn't give exact measurements so we were a few boxes short. Style ordered more and delivered in two days. The only thing i'd say is please also sell the cleaners at the time of the sale.

Just got my Desert Cream stone tiles. They are beautiful. They arrived within 5 days of ordering these Jerusalem stones. A simple and trouble free transcation.The delivery team took them inside as they were heavy and were very polite.

Good sales people - but terrible communication skills, no concept that the customer needs to also plan. Kept getting told that things were being delivered next week and then next week and so on, still nothing 1 month on. My advice to Style!just be honest and let the customer know the lead time.

I visited Style depot at Kingston Road SW20 I was looking for beige porcelain tiles.
I was served by Mohammed Bashir the store manager who genuinely listened to what I was looking for and offered advice and all the help he could. He was wonderful to speak to, had a positive attitude, good knowledge of product and believed in what he was selling.
I am very satisfied with the customer service I received it was excellent.
Mohammed is truly an asset to the company and deserves positive recognition.
I am very happy with the tiles I purchased and the fact that I did not have to look any further.
I will highly recommend your company and its products and will continue purchasing them. In future I will recommend this product to my friends.

I visited the Showroom a few months ago. I was a bit nervous as I had a few bathrooms to do. I was served by a very helpful Sales Consultant who was very patient with me. He provided all the information and helped to design my bathrooms.
I was worried that my selection was slightly above my budget but he worked with me to bring it in line with my budget.
The tiles and mosaics arrived on time and the delivery team were so helpful and explained what tiles went where. He then took me to the bathroom shop and they offered a very good service too and had a huge selection of things to choose from.
All in all a very good and professional experience from both Style and the bathroom shop next door.
Highly recommend them.

They may have more unusual/top end tiles than most places but over half turned out to be damaged when the boxes were opened (Poorly stored). Staff were also more interested in squabbling about who's sale it was than ensuring that the stock and customer patience remains undamaged.
No phone call to say that the tiles were ready for collection and even when I phoned ahead I still had a 30 minute wait on arrival while they got the tiles out of the warehouse
In all a fairly painful experience that I would suggest is best avoided, especially considering that it's at the higher price point
