has a good range of tiles on offer and competitively priced. They keep in stock a hege range of silicon and adhesive so good local shop to get last minute stuff if required.

It is really unfortunate that the manager of this shop does not know how to deal pleasantly with his customers. On the couple of occasions I have been in to see his products I have been treated rudely and dismissively. I am looking to place a large order for tiles worth well over £3000 but I have now decided to go elsewhere as I am not happy with the level of service I have received from this person. When you are looking to spend that amount of money you want a certain level of customer care and attention. I am surprised he is able to get away with it and I can only assume that the product range he has brings in the business. Personally, I would rather go elsewhere.

The service at this shop is thoroughly disagreeable. A rude and inattentive manner permeates down to the staff from a surly and ill-tempered boss. His attitude to customer service and business practice leaves a lot to be desired. In my case, after I had placed several orders amounting to around £1,000, his attitude when I needed to buy more tiles to match earlier batches was dismissive, unhelpful and ultimately downright belligerent. Based on this experience I am taking my custom elsewhere. I would certainly not rely on his willingness to resolve any problems which might arise in the course of an order. There are lots of other tile shops offering a similar range of products; try elsewhere would be my advice! ; ;
