Bought a mirror, arrived home and put it up a month later with carpenter - huge hole on the side. Contacted customer services who effectively said "not their problem". Discussed again with them and said they could speak to the workman at the hoime who unwrapped the mirror to put on the wall - they again dismissed our claim. I will now persue this in the small claims court. For effectively high end furniture, there are much better stores. If you want top quality customer services then do not go here. I would not recomend this store to anybody.

Following the difficulty of having two new sofas delivered I had several subsequent visits in order to replace mismatching feet, one from the owner himself who was less than sympathetic. Now I've dismantled a sofa in order to move I can see the very poor quality of workmanship and materials.
