Raft

Cancelled an Order with Raft. Order made over 2 months ago. Had to constantly call to receive updates on the progress of sofa. No one willingly called to provide an update. One Manager at the Cricklewood branch craftily told me delivery would be on the coming Saturday, didn't give me a delivery time and when I called the offices are closed on Saturdays. Raft takes extremely long to do anything! A product with an estimated 2 month's production time, they only start to build at the last minute when pressure is applied on them. Not good people or service! No recommendation from me!

I have never experience such a poor customer service from company.
The products aren’t cheap and you would expect a good service or at least a courtesy call you update you if your order is late.

I have ordered a table and I have waited 14 weeks (lead time quoted when I pay for the products) , seems like the teak (from Indonesia) is here but no glass, which is made in England so shouldn’t take that long.

I called Raft myself as i have heard nothing, product is now delayed another 2 weeks
awful servive, will not use them again
I do not recomend this company.

Highly recommend this company for furniture and quality service. we are excited about the products we recieved and all was down to the sales person FAHIM who adviced us carefully on sizes and colour options. although waited about 10weeks for teak furniture. this is well worth it as everything is made for us.

I have to say I'm used to dealing with many furniture companies, as a stylist there are some companies that have such poor quality furniture you wonder why they're still in business. But I can vouch that using Raft's products on shoots persuaded me to buy a couple of items. They are now staple pieces of furniture in my home and I love it!

I brought my bed and a massive corner unit sofa from Raft about 6 months ago & I must say I cant speak highly enough of the place!
My furniture is stunning and the sofa the most comfortable sofa I've ever sat on!

The staff at Raft treated me so well & were really helpful whenever I spoke to any member of their team.
What lovely people and the most amazing pieces of furniture, Will be back again in a few months for some dining room furniture I've got my eye on! :)

We bought teak chairs and had them delivered. Since then we have ordered more,by phone,from abroad and found the staff friendly,informative and helpful.

We love the chairs and look forward to buying more furniture from this company.
