We have been going here for the last 27 years, in the last 7 years customer service has become atrocious. Prices have become extortion, members of staff are very rude and avoid serving customers. I would not recommend them as the 1st step to retail is customer service why pay a company that have staff that are very rude and arrogant!

It always surprises me that people who post these deflamitory comments are always nameless and invisible.
If a visitor to our store is unhappy with any of our staffs attitude we would be grateful if the visitor were to approach the management and advise us then we could deal with the situation first hand and with the visitor present.
Some times the unsatisfied visitor is the one who cannot get the sales person to reduce the price of items to a lower and unprofitable price for the store and the departs in a huff.
Then the visitor iif disappointed and then posts deflamitory comments.
As a business we are fully aware of the market prices of our diminishing competition and the internet on line sales
and we strive to be competitive and offer a convivial shopping experience to all purchasing customers and viewing visitors.
Our strongest customer base are the many Asian Weddings we always complete on time an to the family’s satisfaction along with many shippiing orders to the Caribbean islands and Africa.
My Store has been trading in Upton Park for 45 years as a family run business and I do not believe the business would have thrived and survived this long if we had treated visitors has this invisible visitor has stated.
Again I would like ask and visitor or purchaser if you feel you have not been welcomed in a polite and friendly manner please speak to the management then the matter can be rectified with the staff member.

Be honest with the timescale. It has taken far too long to order 1 furniture and I'm still waiting after 4 weeks.

For the past twenty years I have bought my sofa sets from Focus furnishing. The sofas are well-made and last for years until you get fed up with them and pass them on to someone else. I have never had a broken armchair. The frames are extremely strong.
I work locally and know that I can always find a lovely set of armchairs here when I need to change my suite.
This company has survived over all these years because of the friendly service and the quality of the furniture.
It's nice to be able to go into a local store and sit on and try out the furniture you like the look of.

Every time I enter this store the staff are most helpful and provide an excellent service by offering assistance and advice well beyond expectations from what I would normally recieve from other outlets.. They also provide delivery slots convieniant to the customer.
