I ordered Trent voile panels from this shop; they arrived in good time but unfortunately I chose the wrong colour. I contacted the shop and asked if I could change them for another colour, but they refused as they said they had ordered them specially for me, but this was not pointed out when I placed the order. Also the same panels are available in many outlets, they were not a made-to-measure product. Eventually i found what I wanted on e-bay at a more competitive price. Sellers on that website are generally okay with returns, so I know where to go in future.

Following my previous review, I am very pleased to report that all my concerns have now been addressed. Blinds have been replaced and are in excellent working order.
Simon was apologetic and explained that the current pandemic did not make the situation any easier resulting in ongoing delays.
I now have a voucher which I can redeem in the shop in the future.
All in all a good result! Thank you Rogers...

lovely to have such a good local shop. Window looks a little old fashioned but inside as well as voiles and nets there is a good range of curtain fabrics + all sorts of ready made + made to measure blinds and shutters that are bang up to date & good value. Good service and fitting.

Just about to re-visit this shop for another set of voile curtains. They only charge you £5.20 a curtain to neaten the edges ready for hanging. Lots of styles and i prefer spending my money in local independant shops than larger chain stores :-)
