Fancy Curtains

Initially friendly and helpful however after receiving a written quote/invoice and making full payment an error made by staff who failed to check the material adequately at the store led them to call and advise that there would be an increase in the cost of more then 50% of the original quote a week a half after placing the order (i was advised my curtains would take ten working days to make). Obviously not wanting to continue with the order at such a huge increase i requested my fabric be returned to me whereby the owner refused saying this would be too costky for her to arrange and i would have to come and collect it myself. At 9 months pregnant and ready to give birth anytime i was not amused having to make the trip and return home still curtainless
