really bad customer service and long waiting times. They got my order wrong the first time and I had to wait 20 minutes for them to correct the mistake.

I use this store regularly and find the staff friendly and helpful.
Much of the stock is economically price, however It is worthwhile checking that you are getting value for money as some items can be found cheaper.
I have found the returns policy particularly advantageous.
