Just wanted to say that I agree about the phone number, it's frustrating not to be able to call my local branch to see if they have an item in stock.
Even on the 'locate your nearest store' section on your website, there is only an address, even though it says 'Here to help' and has a phone icon next to it.

I was going tocome in and buy a printer but when I saw the 0844 number I didn't call to see if it was in stock and went elsewhere. Just letting you know having an 0844 rip-off number cost you a sale.
