Don't bother. The only thing they're experts in is trying to "fob you off" & telling lies. Be aware they do not adhere to the 3 month guarantee on labour as stated on their website. I only took my mower to them to loosen a bolt, then the mower WAS working perfectly. When I collected it, it didn't work at all! So much for them being "trained to work on Flymo". They are now refusing to refund what I paid them. They failed to carry out the most basic check i.e. that the mower was still working after he loosened the bolt. They are in Breach of the 3 Month Guarantee on Labour statement as advertised on their website, this has now been reported to the relative authorities. My mower didn't work for 3 SECONDS after Capital Repairs worked on it, let alone 3 MONTHS!!!!

Great these companies still exist in todays world

Our elderly cooker broke down unexpectedly, we called Capital Repairs Ltd, they came out when promised and found the fault to be with the element. This was replaced there and then at a very reasonably price and a years guarantee was given on the parts. Covid friendly and exceptionally efficient engineer. Great these companies still exist in todays world of throw away goods, saved our weekend, JB

Very helpful call centre staff (Amanda), I needed to drop off my children at school so the lady made sure we avoided the school run times i required. The engineer was great and really quick. I am so pleased that my cooker is ready for christmas. well done.

Never had such terrible service from a company. I waited in all day for someone to come and repair my oven, but no one came, even though had booked a morning appointment. Customer services were rude and unhelpful, and I am still without a functional oven.

I have used this company many times before most recently for my washing machine, I have always been extremely pleased at the service received, the engineer's are always polite as are the office staff. They where able to come out the same day and the part was ordered, received and washing machine repaired within 3 days. Would highly recommend.

Got to say, I was very happy with the service that was provided. In particular, the call centre. Marti, I think her name was, was fantastic. Everything was explained to me upfront. There was no sense or feeling that I was being lied to (Mr Myers take note!!!), and I was informed of all charges and costs. Total transparency. The engineer was a good lad. Likes a cup of tea, but very knowledgeable

I will most definately be using Capital Repairs again, should a problem arise. And will recommend to people

AWEFUL SERVICE! AVOID! - technician came out at least 4 times, couldn't fix the dishwasher. Asked them for an itemised list of callouts - they kept telling me that due to a problem with an IT fault they couldn't send it. Weeks late spoke to a manager, Mr Kahn, who explained he couldn't give me the information as was pleased his phone operatives lied as it was more polite than telling me they couldn't send it.
