I have purchased several washing machine from this company, totally in agreement with the first review, they deliberately advise they cannot fix your washing machine, but very quick to advise purchasing a new one from them. Total cowboys, I simple do not believe the washing machine I purchased off them were brand new, because less then 2 years later they stop working, then told by them that the motor is gone, I wouldn't recommend this company - they are a total RIP OFF

It is a shame that you cannot select no stars. Automatica are quite simply the biggest cowboys you will ever meet. It’s a simple business mode they have - check your broken product, tell you that it can’t be fixed but luckily they have an alternative that they can supply, in which you pay triple the price for.
I was left without an extractor fan for 4 months. I was told that it was one part, they checked it - it wasn’t that. They checked something else, it wasn’t that either. Finally the last thing that it was, was the motor. Now, 4 months later, after being told that they could not supply or get the part I contacted another company and was able to get the part myself delivered to my home. Ironically; the company I managed to use was only £80, as opposed to the £220 Automatica quoted me. Also, their rep had an account with this other company but the wait time for the part was going to be several weeks and I got it within 2 days. Do not allow the owner into your home - he is rude.

Thought I would support a local business in lockdown, really shouldn’t have bothered as I was completely ripped off with a load of silly excuses when I complained like oh I thought I told you that was included etc, too complicated to explain properly but believe me you are better off with Argos or curry’s who do charge for delivery, fitting and taking away appliance but only a nominal amount (which automatically say makes up for extra they charge) believe me it doesn’t, I was overcharged £150 my fault for not checking first but don’t trust this company or buy from them.

This used to be a really good firm, but has sadly gone downhill. We have bought from them for over 25 years, but won’t be doing so any more. Out tumble dryer was faulty, but they just referred us to the manufacturer. Ever heard of the Consumer Rights Act, guys? Eventually they did supply a new condenser tumble dryer, once we had all the bother of calling out the manufacturer, but didn’t plumb it in and didn’t tell us they hadn’t. Husband is going down to B&Q to buy parts to do it himself.
We will now just buy online. If a local firm can’t provide good customer service, why not just go for the cheapest?

Customer service is lacking and prices are ridiculous for the workmanship.
