I bought a freezer on the 13th of July with a 6 months warranty and since they delivered it, i turned it on and the alarm came on. I assumed that it was because it wasnt cold and even since then, it has still not gone off and there's no buttons to turn it off. The door! - spare me, you'll need to have had your 3 square meals, with an extra meal if possible to attempt to open the door. I have contacted them and asked for a refund and they said they'll deduct £50 if they have to come and collect it up. I have contacted them and they have said countless times that they will come out to have a look and they havent turned up. I've been there three times and they are trying to tell me that they made me aware of the problem, which they didnt, and that they've got no drivers to come out to me and they'll come to my house whenever they get the chance. And this customer treatment includes the fact that I have a 6month warranty and its only just reached 10days since purchase. They're not even trying to tell me that i cant get a refund but they'll fix it under my warranty. I have to result to contacting consumer direct (the government body that deals with issues like this) so i wouldnt recommended anyone to buy anything from here.

I bought a second hand washer dryer at the end of March and at the beginning of May it broke down. When I reported it to them they ssaid they would send someone to repair it but if it broke down again I would have to pay, which seemed strange as I have it under 6 months guarantee. I waited the first day and no one turned up they just kept saying someone is on the way. The next day I got my son to call and they sent someone that afternoon, but it needed a new part and was told they would order one and be in touch. Needless to say they haven't and want to hang up when you try and call. I would not recommend anyone shopping there.
