Have used Spectrum to buy domestic appliances for several years now. Their prices really do compare well with anything you can find on the internet - but the service you get is outstanding. They've always gone out of their way to ensure delivery is smooth and because they're local you don't have to wait in all day or even half days just in case they turn up! They'll do all the unpacking etc, remove old appliances - everything you'd expect from a local service. Their staff in-store are knowledgeable and if you can't see it in store, they'll source it for you. Always worth a call or a visit before making a decision on a purchase.

Very friendly and knowledgable about home appliances. They'll tell you about the best in each price range and where each brand is made and who by. I've bought a washing machine from them and they take away the old one for free. They could have delivered it the following day if I was able to make it!
