I recently purchased a washing machine and tumble dryer for my new flat. They did price match for me with same day delivery and installation. The staff was very helpful and installation was done without any issues or problem.

My washing machine broke down last monday and i needed a washing machine ASAP. some one recommended me to go Powerzone went there bought a washing machine. I will rate them 10/10 for there quick delivery and doing free installation for me.

Went in to the shop, bought a product named SAMSHA new product at a affordable price.
Nice simple washing machine and with 2 years parts and labour guarantee like BOSCH and Siemens. Free delivery same day with in 3 hours with free connection and took my old one away for free.
Went back yesterday and bought a SAMSHA cooker for my rented property in Ilford and was delivered this morning couldn't ask for better service.
Currys quoted me 7 working days for the delivery of my cooker.

i went into the shop this Saturday morning and bought a washing machine. good products and price . although it was a display one they showed me if any marks or dent on it with a good discounted price . Free delivery (same day got it delivered), Free connection and took my old washing machine away for free....
i will recommend them to my mates...

Avoid these people at all costs!!!! Told many a lie to get a sale. Did not supply me with any invoices or paperwork for appliances I purchased. Have complained many times and been to see them but no help what so ever. will resort to legal action . The kitchen part is also a scam , they sell shoddy kitchens at silly prices and the workmanship is so poor , pls feel free to view my kitchen they made !

Purchased a washing machine from this shop in Cranbrook Road, paid in full on Saturday and arranged delivery for Monday. Delivery time was 10am to 1pm but needless to say it did not happen. I telephoned shop 12.50 approx and was told machine on van and driver stuck in central London - machine will be delivered within two hours. (they obviously did not have the courtesy to ring me) At 4pm I teleponed again to be told more lies. Machine will be delivered within half hour, driver just round the corner! Cancelled delivery and and asked for full refund, was told this was ok, but driver arrived at 4.45 with machine! Driver said not his fault but continually apologised. Eventually agreed to accept machine, fitted and £15.00 refund but will definately not use this shop again. If someone had the common sense to ring me and explain a mistake had been made (manager admitted he did not know delivery arrangements for my machine!!!) and arrange another delivery time or day it would have been helpful to all concerned instead of being lied to all day and blaming driver for delay. Total incompetence!
