Would be a minus if possible. DO NOT BUY from [ ] C&R Appliances. I purchased a double oven 2017 at the start of having a new kitchen fitted. The appliance was installed Dec 2018. I begun my complaint on 5 Jan 2019, The manufacturer has determined that the appliance is defective and should be replaced but they cannot replace it as I had purchased it from C&R Appliances and they would need to replace it and return the appliance back to them or from whom he purchased it. To date the appliance has not been replaced. I can only use the lower part of the double oven. He has stopped responding to all electronic communications. Trading Standards and Citizen Advice Bureau have both advised me to take him to a small claims court as he continues to ignore all letters. Covid19 has delayed me going down this route. Note : He will make promises that are NEVER fulfilled. Definitely wouldn't recommend them.
