Star Domestic Appliances

the man who owns this place sells appliances at a very cheap rate and also for those who do not have enough money he would try to cut down by a bit to suffice those in need which is so completely rare.

I bought a washing machine from Star Domestic Appliances with a warranty, my appliance broke after one month from the purchase date and I have been trying to have it repaired as they promise me a 3 months warranty. They don't even pick up the phone calls in the shop or neither the mobile so it is impossible to talk to them. I told someone three days ago about the problem and they disappeared. After so many calls I got frustrated to try again. I am very disappointed as I cannot communicate with them and now I have a faulty washing machine to deal with. Very unprofessional!

im angry because id booked for someone to come to my home im litrally only about 8 min from there shop, to change my hotpoint washing machine door at 4pm. the manager booked my job in and i went to shop twice before today, . to make sure my job is still booked in. he said. YES WHY LIE TO ME. iv tried calling there number since 4.20 it just rings. theres no voicemail what a waste of my time my lovely elderly friend recommended this shop she has bought a few things over the yrs.

This shop is great! The showroom is very nice and the service is very good! The appliances last very long, even longer than the retailers (my opinion :) ) This is very recommended!!
